I. Purpose
Information technology is utilized to support the mission and operation of the University of Central Missouri. 无码专区 relies on information technology to perform daily operations vital to achieving the university鈥檚 mission. These responsibilities include providing data and information for a variety of national, regional, state and local organizations. As such, it is imperative that all university constituents recognize and use official 无码专区 data when preparing reports, grants, papers and other documents that will be viewed and utilized by on or off campus entities.
II. Procedure
The 无码专区 hereby establishes the data to be contained within the Banner System, and its approved subsystems, as the university鈥檚 official data. Data maintained outside of the Banner System will not be considered official and cannot be communicated as such. It is incumbent on departments to ensure that the data, for which they are responsible, is accurately entered into the Banner System in a timely manner. Also, all reporting presented by departments, whether on or off campus must reflect the data in the Banner System.
